A round-the-clock dispatch service
We run a 24/7 dispatch service that watches weather forecasts, weather radar and road cameras and coordinates the work even when most people have long gone to bed. Contract customers are guaranteed a fast response: when the weather turns, you do not have to call us or remind us that it is time to act.
Core service: snow clearing and de-icing on agreed parameters
With every contract we agree the specific parameters that trigger the work before the season begins:
- The depth of snow at which clearing begins
- How often – on how many days per week the site is inspected and maintained
- Any other special requirements, for example automatic de-icing together with snow clearing if the client wants it
That means you know as soon as the contract is signed exactly what conditions will bring the machines to your site. There is no need to agree it again each time or to worry about whether anyone will turn up.
Additional services
The following can be added to the core service as required:
- Snow removal – when there is no more room for snow on site, we haul it away
- Ice rolling – breaking up a compacted layer of ice and restoring the surface
- Clearing snow from roofs – reduces the snow load and the risk of overloading the roof structure
- Icicle removal – freeing eaves and facades of dangerous icicles that could fall on people or vehicles
- Supply of de-icing material (salt and grit) and installation of storage bins on site
