Most maintenance companies deal with a single season: one firm mows the grass, another clears the snow in winter. We are built differently. We sign a maintenance contract before the season starts and cover the whole year, so you do not have to look for a new partner every autumn when winter maintenance needs reviewing.
What makes us different?
Customers ask us two questions more than any other: how quickly do we respond, and what happens to the snow when there is no more room for it on site. Snow removal is usually ordered as a separate service: when there is nowhere left to push the snow, we haul it away on request and store it on our own sites in Tallinn and Harju County. That keeps car parks, loading areas and walkways clear all winter, so snow piles do not eat up parking spaces or block lorry access.
The second thing customers often ask about is response time. We run a round-the-clock standby service: if 15 centimetres of snow falls overnight, our machines are on site before your first employees arrive. For SOS call-outs we are usually there within a couple of hours, depending on where the site is.

Spring and summer
We mow the grass to a regular schedule, sweep roads and car parks and remove the sand and grit left over from winter. The spring deep clean is often the biggest job of the year: all the de-icing material that has built up over the winter has to be swept off the surface before it rises into the air as dust.
Autumn
Leaf clearing and preparing the site for winter. Together with the client we go through where the critical areas are – entrances, disabled parking bays, fire brigade access routes – and agree how to keep them as priorities during the winter.
Winter
Snow clearing, de-icing and snow removal. We use larger machines for car parks and roads as well as smaller ones for narrower areas and footpaths. For every site we draw up an action plan in advance according to the client’s wishes: we agree the depth of fresh snow at which clearing begins, how many days a week clearing takes place and the order in which areas are cleared.
Who is this for?
Our customers are mainly companies with a site to manage, whether large or small: manufacturers, warehouse complexes, shopping centres, housing associations and local authorities. What they have in common is that the condition of the site has a direct effect on the business. If the car park is slippery or the entrance is blocked, that has a real cost, whether it is an employee falling, a supplier arriving late or simply a poor first impression on a customer.
How the work begins
It usually starts with a meeting on site, where we look at the particular features of the property together: the size of the area, the critical spots, the access routes and any existing problems. On that basis we put together a maintenance plan and a quotation. Contracts are normally signed before the season begins (spring contracts in March and April, winter contracts in September and October), but we understand that the need sometimes arises more quickly, and in that case we try to find a solution at shorter notice too.
Pricing is usually a fixed monthly fee that covers the agreed volume of maintenance. That means a heavy snowfall does not bring you an unexpected extra invoice: we already know when the contract is signed what a given season is likely to demand. Just as importantly, you do not have to go looking for a contractor while the snow is falling or worry about whether anyone will make it – the contract guarantees that your site will be maintained no matter how much snow comes down.
