The screening bucket is used to screen bulk materials such as soil, fill, sand and compost without crushing them. Polyurethane stars inside the bucket rotate in the same direction, which separates the raw material. Because the rollers turn in one direction only, the screening unit needs a one-way hydraulic line to drive it.
Thanks to the soft material of the discs and their smooth movement, the screen is gentle on materials such as peat or roots. The attachment separates mixed material accurately and does not clog because of overflowing raw material left in the bucket.
The screening bucket screens material in seconds, and access to the drive and the rollers is very quick and easy. Changing the stars, if needed, does not take long. The attachment is very quiet while working.
The screening bucket can be fitted to an excavator.
