The Ecotech H27 Panther slope mower is a radio-controlled tracked mower that cuts embankments, ditch banks and roadside verges the operator could not safely reach on foot or with a ride-on machine.
It climbs gradients of up to 65 degrees, cuts a 1000 mm wide swath at heights between 20 and 120 mm, and its 650 kg low-profile chassis keeps the machine stable even on wet grass and rough ground. Rent it from Fortal.

Where a remote-controlled mower makes sense
Steep embankments, ditch banks, retention basins, roadside verges and the slopes around solar parks are all places where mowing on foot or with a ride-on machine is either exhausting or genuinely dangerous. A radio-controlled tracked mower removes the operator from the slope altogether: you stand on level ground and guide the machine from a safe distance of up to a hundred metres.
Rubber tracks spread the weight over a large area, so ground pressure stays low and the turf is not torn even when the soil is soft. The low centre of gravity keeps the machine planted on gradients that would tip a conventional mower, and the flail-type cutting system copes with tall grass, brush and light scrub rather than just neat lawn. For contractors this usually means one person can do in a day what previously took a team with strimmers.
