Typical uses
A rigid-frame loading shovel in the eight to nine tonne class is built for moving large volumes of material quickly. Typical work includes loading lorries with sand, gravel or crushed stone, feeding crushers and screens, handling topsoil and bark on landscaping contracts, stockpiling and reclaiming aggregate in a yard, and clearing and gritting large car parks and industrial areas in winter.
The bucket capacity and lift height are matched so that the machine can load a standard tipper without repositioning, which is where most of the productivity comes from. A quick coupler lets you swap between a general purpose bucket, a light material bucket, pallet forks and a snow blade, so the same machine covers material handling and site maintenance. We rent this loader out with or without an operator, depending on what your site requires.
