The Avant stump grinder is an extremely smart and user-friendly helper for removing tree stumps quickly and conveniently.
The cutting disc sits at right angles to the loader’s longitudinal axis, which directs the wood chips safely to the right. This keeps debris away from both the machine and the operator. A rubber cover gives extra protection and stops wood waste from flying around.
Because the cutting disc is mounted on the side, the operator always has a clear view of the work area. This makes stump grinding considerably more accurate and efficient.
Operating the attachment is very straightforward. To grind, you simply move the machine back and forth, which is easy to control either with the loader’s drive pedals or by changing the tilt angle of the quick attach plate.
Each cutting tooth has three sharp edges. If one edge becomes blunt, you only need to turn the tooth – work can continue immediately with a fresh cutting edge, which saves both time and wearing parts.
